Obtain feedback in the context of the target audience for your digital products.

Write a report detailing how your digital products have met your aims and objectives and how the target audience feedback supports your findings. The report should clearly identify the potential for further improvements.

Ten members of the target audience were asked to use the website and were interviewed.

The interview asked the following questions:

The aim of Befit Cymru was clearly identified by the interviewees as trying to encourage young people to lead a healthier life style. The website functioned as expected, many reported that they liked the anchors but thought that the animation should be included at the top‐level hierarchy (this was a requirement of the brief and therefore could not be included). The website contained a suitable amount of detail and many like the fact that they could obtain further information using the external links. The animation was successful in entertaining however some interviewees thought that the character could demonstrate more surfing skills she seemed to only surf left and right.
